Experience our riders-focused workshops, centered on four main pillars: mindset, movement, recovery, and nutrition. Thoughtfully crafted to enhance performance efficiency, these workshops teach clients to fully understand their unique bodies. We don't just train them like pros; we empower them to feel and be productive, no matter where they are on their journey.

Monday 9am & Thursday 9:30am

We are super excited to be launching our favorite program for surfers at Ulu Active! This class is specifically designed for riders and includes mobility, strength, and accessory drills that target the often-neglected areas of your body. It will not only boost your strength but also help prevent injuries, making a huge difference 🤙🏽 Join us every Monday and Thursday.
